How do I add a conference invitation link to an event in a course calendar?
This lesson will help you to add the link to the Conference page to an existing event in your course Calendar. You should create the Conference first.
If you have not yet created the event, learn how to create a Calendar event.
In Course Navigation, click the Conferences link.
View Conferences Page
Locate the conference you want to link in the calendar event.
In the address bar, copy the URL for the Conference page to paste into the calendar event.
In Global Navigation, click the Calendar link.
View event details by clicking the event you want to view  and clicking the Edit button .
Open More Options
Click the More Options button.
Go back to the Calendar event. Highlight the text you'd like to link to the conference in the Rich Content Editor . Click the Link icon .
Link to Website URL
Paste the link in the box  and click the Insert Link button . The link will flash yellow before becoming a clickable link.
Now students will be able to click the link to the Conference page from the Calendar event. You may need to direct students to the correct Conference to join. To save changes, click the Update Event button.
