How do I sign up for a Scheduler appointment in the Scheduler page?
If your institution has enabled the Scheduler tool, you can sign up for any appointments that are created for your course using the Scheduler page. Appointments can include office hours, group presentation time slots, and lunch with an alumnus.
Scheduler is an optional feature that may not be available to you in the Calendar.
Note: Currently, Scheduler has two options for viewing appointments. This lesson is for users with the Scheduler button as a calendar view. If your calendar does not display the Scheduler button, you can only sign up for appointments in the calendar sidebar.
In Global Navigation, click the Calendar link.
In the sidebar, select the calendar for the course you want to view. Viewable calendars include a color in the checkbox.
If you are enrolled in more than 10 courses and groups, you may have to toggle the calendar checkboxes to view a specific course. If you cannot view a course calendar, you also cannot view scheduler events for the course.
Click the Scheduler button.
The Scheduler page displays any appointments available in the calendars you selected to view.
For available appointments, you can view the name of the appointment  the course calendar showing the appointment , and details about the appointment .
To sign up for an appointment, click the sign up link .
The sign-up times are displayed in an agenda format. Click the appointment time where you want to sign up.
To leave a comment with the appointment, enter the comment in the Comments field . Click the Reserve link .
Scheduler verifies the time slot where you signed up.
View the appointment added to your calendar.
To cancel your appointment reservation, click the appointment time  and click the Un-reserve link .
You can also return to the Scheduler page and sign up for another time in the agenda view.
