How do I view closed captions in a conference as a participant?

Your conference moderator may enable closed captioning for the conference. The closed caption feature allows you to follow along with a conference and view what the presenter is saying during the conference. Closed captions are accessed via the Closed Captions layout.

Please note that closed captions require a moderator and may not be available for all conferences. If you require closed captions for a conference, please contact your instructor or conference presenter.

In the font options [2], you can set how you want to view the captions in the caption window. You can change the font family, font size, background color, and text color.

The Closed Caption window displays the language you selected for captioning. The tab name also displays the name of the moderator who has claimed that language [1].

If the language you selected does not include a moderator name, a moderator for that language may not be available. Please contact your presenter or moderator.

To return to the caption options at any time, click the Options tab [2].
