How do I apply a macro to a case in the Service Cloud Admin Console?
Macros allow you to save a set of case settings and apply them to cases in the Service Cloud Admin Console. These changes include transferring a case to a specific user, case status, Canvas Component Affected, Canvas Component Issue, and case comments.
To apply a macro to multiple cases, use the Mass Update feature.
From the Service Cloud home page, open a case by clicking the case number.
Under the Case Detail tab, select the macro you want to use.
Click the Apply Macro button.
