How do I view my Canvas Inbox in the Canvas Parent app on my iOS device?
You can access your Canvas Inbox on your mobile device to view and send messages to your student's Canvas instructor. Learn more about sending messages to the course instructor in the courses page and an assignment page.

Open User Menu
Tap the Menu icon.
Open Inbox
Tap the Inbox link.
View Inbox
Messages are arranged in chronological order.
Swipe the page from top to bottom to quickly refresh the page.
Send Message
To send a new message, tap the Message icon.
Open Message
To view a message in your inbox, tap the message you want to open.
View Message Thread
View the selected message thread.
To reply, tap the Reply icon.
