How do I delete an enrollment in my course?
You can delete an enrollment in your course within your course Settings in Canvas.
Note: If students are added via SIS Import, instructors will not be able to remove students from the course, regardless of their permissions.
Open Settings
Click the Settings link.
Note: You can manage users through the People course navigation link and the Manage Users button.
Manage Users
Click the Users tab.
Select Student
When you hover over a particular user, you will see icons for enrollment details, editing information, and deleting the student. Click the Gear icon [1] to view more options and click Remove From Course [2].
Confirm Deletion
Click the OK button to delete the user from the course.
