How do I Print Certificates in Parchment Digital Badges?

Issuer staff members can manage issuer details and settings. If your issuer is associated with a Canvas LMS account, you can also manage those issuer details and settings.

In Parchment Digital Badges Navigation, click the Issuers link.

Manage Issuer

To manage the issuer, click the Options icon [1]. To edit issuer details, select the Edit Issuer link [2].

Print Certificates

Print Certificate

To configure and print certificates, click the Print Certificates tab [1].

Select Certificate

Select the certificate that you want to set as default.

Enable Certificate

To enable the certificate for the issuer, click the Enable template checkbox [1]. To have the certificate as the default option, click the Make Default button [2].

Save Issuer

Click the Save issuer button.

Edit Badge

To enable this certificate on the badges, click the Options icon on the issuer badge [1]. Then, click the Edit badge button [2].

Print Certificates

Click the Print Certificates tab [1]. Select the certificate you'd like to use [2].

Enable template

To allow recipients to use the template, click the Enable template checkbox. To set the badge as default, click the Set as badge default button [2]. To view the certificate on a larger window, click the Expand in new tab link [3]. To save the badge, click the Save changes button [4].
