What is the Public Product Library?
The Public Product Library is a public-facing URL to your organization's LearnPlatform product library and is accessible by parents and others in the community. Parents, school leaders, and others in the community can view the Public Product Library and find information about all the digital edtech products your institution is using.
As a LearnPlatform administrator, you can enable and configure the Public Product Library to:
- Improve communication and transparency with parents and other interested parties
- Easily share an inventory of approved edtech products, relevant documents, contracts, and other important information with your parents and external stakeholders
- Allow parents and others to view product tutorials so they can help their students at home
- Establish best practices under the Future Ready Schools initiative or the CoSN Trusted Learning Environment Seal
For more information, you can explore the Public Product Library demo.
Note: You must be an Organization Administrator with a LearnPlatform District Professional subscription to enable and configure the Public Product Library. Once enabled, the Public Product Library is accessible by anyone with the URL and does not require a login or authentication.
