How do I manage feedback requests?
As a LearnPlatform administrator, you can view, edit, send reminders, or export feedback requests from the Feedback tab on the Analysis page. You can view all feedback requests, or search for a specific feedback request. You can also filter the list of requests by progress status. You can manage requests using actions available in the Options menu.
Open Feedback

To create a teacher feedback request, click the Analysis drop-down menu [1]. Then click the Feedback link [2].
View Feedback Requests

On the Feedback tab [1], you can view a table of all existing feedback requests [2].
You can also create a new feedback request [3].
Search or Filter Table
To find a feedback request by name, enter text in the Search field [1].
To filter the table to feedback requests that are not started, active, or completed, click the Progress filter drop-down menu [2]. Click one or more status checkboxes [3]. Then, click the Apply Filters button [4].
To remove an individual filter, click the filter Delete icon [5]. Or, to clear all filters, click the Clear All link [6].
View Feedback Request Details
For each feedback request in the table, you can view the feedback request name [1], description [2], the number of products included in the request [4], the feedback request end date [5], and the status of the feedback request [6].
To sort the table by a column, click a column name with an arrow [7].
Manage Feedback Request

To manage feedback requests, click the Options icon [1]. Click any of the following links:
- View [2]: Opens the feedback analysis report.
- Edit [3]: Opens the feedback form for editing.
- Remind [4]: Allows you to send an email reminder about the feedback request.
- Export [5]: Exports the feedback request and sends an email notification when completed.
