You can access the Inventory Dashboard from the Analysis tab. This dashboard provides an overview of your organization's edtech usage. Data is collected through any of the following: LearnPlatform by Instructure browser extension, iOS extension, or JAMF extension.

You can download the following data in the Inventory Dashboard:

• Usage Details
• Product Usage by Organization
• Educator Usage

From the Products tab in the Management page, you can view your organization's product list table. You can manage which columns of data display in the table and/or export the product data to a CSV file.

A Rapid Cycle Evaluation (RCE) uses the LearnPlatform engine to analyze your organization's data. Running an RCE report maximizes insights by analyzing data on product effectiveness and teacher feedback.

When viewing an RCE report, you can print a copy or download a PDF file.
