How do I view and manage Provider Applications for a specific product or tool?
As a LearnPlatform administrator, you can view and manage Provider Applications for a specific product from the Management Product page.
Open Product
Click the Management drop-down menu [1] and select the Products link [2].
To view the product or tool, click the product link [3].
View Applications
In the Product page, click the Applications tab [1].
A list of provider applications for the product or tool displays in a table. To search for an application, enter text in the Search bar [2].
The table includes the following columns:
- Application [3]: Name of application
- Application Type [4]
- Status [5]: Status of application response
- Date Submitted [6]: Date applicant was invited
- Date Responded [7]: Date applicant responded
- Reviews [8]: Number of reviews
To view and manage the details of an application, click the application link [9].
To view reviews, click the reviews link [10].
To manage an application, click the Options icon [11].
Manage Response Details
The application response details display in the Application Responses tab [1].
To view reviews, click the Reviews tab [2].
To add the response as a resource, click the Add as Resource button [3].
To accept or decline the application, click the Accept or Decline buttons [4].
To print the response, click the Print icon [5].
Note: To create a PDF file, click the Print icon. Then, in your browser's printing dialog, select the option to save as a PDF.
View Reviews
In the Reviews tab, you can view the name of the reviewer [1], review status [2], and feedback [3].
If you want to view the response details, click the Application Response tab [4].
Manage Application via Options
You can also manage application responses by clicking the application's Options icon [1].
- To accept the application, click the Accept link [2].
- To reject the application, click the Decline link [3].
You can also view the application responses by clicking the Application link [4] or view reviews of the application by clicking the Reviews link [5].
