How do I run a Rapid Cycle Evaluation (RCE)?
As a LearnPlatform admin, you can run a Rapid Cycle Evaluation (RCE) from the Analysis tab. The RCE process guides you through a series of questions about your goals and your organization's data.

Note: Before running an RCE, you must upload your organization data.
Open RCE with IMPACT

Click the Analysis drop-down menu [1] and then click the RCE with IMPACT link [2].
View Completed RCEs

Click the New Analysis button.
Start RCE

In the Welcome page, click the Start button.
Select Product

Select a product from the drop-down menu [1].
Then, click the Next button [2].
Complete Steps

Several steps guide you through the process. At each step, enter or select data as needed. Each step displays the product you are analyzing [1] and your RCE progress [2].
To save and exit the RCE process, click the Save & Exit link [3].
To go back to previous step, click the Back link [4].
To proceed to the next step, click the Next button [5].

Prepare Data Files

Later in the process, you will need to provide data files. Check what data files you need, how to request data from providers or your own team, and how to get your data ready.
Click the Next button.
Upload Data Files

You can upload data files.
For assistance, click the Schedule a Time with Support Team [1].
To upload data files, click the Upload My File button [2].
