How do I submit a product request?

As an educator, you can request that products be approved or added by submitting a product request. If a product is already in your organization's library, you can request that it be given the Approved for Use status. If a product is not in your organization's library, you can request that the product be added.

By submitting a request, your organization will know which products you want to use. As more educators request a product, your organization will prioritize the product for approval consideration.

Notes:

  • Request turnaround time depends on your organization's processes. Please contact your administrative team for additional information.
  • Your administrator can choose to disable product requests for certain products in the organization’s library. If you are an administrator, learn how to manage product requests.
  • If a product is missing from the LearnCommunity Library, you can request a missing product.

If you are a member of multiple organizations, select an organization from your user Account sidebar. Click the User Name drop-down menu [1]. Then click the Organization drop-down menu and select an organization [2].

To request a product that is not in an organization's library, select the LearnCommunity organization [3].

Click the Products drop-down menu [1]. Then, click your organization's Library link [2] or the My Library link [3].

Hover your cursor over the product you want to request.

Click the Request link.

Note: Depending on your organization’s settings, products may not be accepting requests. If a product is not open for requests, the Request option may be unavailable.

Fill out the initial fields.

Submit Form

When you have filled out the form, click the Submit button [2].

  • If a product is not open for requests, you cannot submit the form.

View the end of the LearnCommunity Library products and click the Missing Product? tile.
