How do I add a product in the EdCo Partner Portal?
If you are logged in to the EdCo Partner Portal and have permissions to add company products, you can request that a product be added from the products page.
When adding a product you can include product specific information that will be visible to any user accessing your product listing across the EdCo Marketplace. This includes tracking domains for your product (e.g. login.acmenews.com, acmenews.teacher.com) to help education institutions identify who is using your tool.
Note: To remove a product, you can request that it be retired. Learn more about retiring a product.
Open Products

When you log in to the EdCo Partner Portal, the product landing page displays. You can also access it by clicking the EdCo Partner Portal link in top menu bar.
Add Product
Click the Add Product button.
Enter Product Details

In the Add Product window, enter the following:
- Product Name
- Tagline
- Description
- Product Website URL
- Accessibility Details
- Accessibility Standard Compliance Documentation URL
- Privacy Policy URL
- Terms of Service URL
Notes:
- Product name and tagline display on the product listings page.
- You can enter a website URL in lieu of text for any field.
Add Tags

Tags can help users discover your product based on category filters for grade, industry, or other key words. To add tags, click the Add Tags drop-down menu.

To search for a tag, enter text in the Search field [1].
Click one or more tag checkboxes.
Select Domains

Select an existing Web Domain [1] or add a new one [2].
Select an existing Email Domain [3] or add a new one [4].
Select SSO

If your product supports Single Sign On (SSO), click the Select SSO Providers drop-down menu [1]. Then, click the checkboxes for one or more providers [2]. You can select providers such as Apple, Clever, ClassLink, Facebook, GSuite (Google), or Microsoft.
If you use a custom SSO, select the Custom - OAuth 2.0 or the Custom-SAML checkboxes [3].
Add Logo and Images

To include a product logo, click the Product Logo space [1] and select a file, or drag a logo file into the space. Dimensions of the image should be 125x125 pixels.
To include other product images, click the Product Images space [2] and select a file, or drag a logo file into the space. Dimensions of the image should be 600x400 pixels.
Add Product

Click the Add button.
View Confirmation

View the product addition request.
Someone will review your product details, verify, and add the product to the EdCo Marketplace, including the LearnCommunity Library.
