How do I mark a reply to my question as an accepted solution?
When someone replies to your question in the Instructure Community Question Forums, you can mark that reply as an accepted solution. You should only mark a reply as an accepted solution if it answers your question or resolves the issue in another way. You can mark multiple replies as an accepted solution. Community moderators may mark a reply as an accepted solution.

The reply is marked as the accepted solution and is visually indicated as the accepted solution.
Unmark as Solution
If the reply did not answer your question or was marked by accident, you can unmark the reply as a solution. To unmark the reply as a solution, click the Options icon [1] and select the Change Status option [2].
Click the No radio button [1], then click the Save button [2].
Panda Bot (AI Suggested Answers)
You may use Panda Bot to suggest answers in the forum.
After 24 hours, if a thread has not been responded to by another Community member, Panda Bot will suggest a guide. Only the author can see the AI-suggested answer and it is up to them to identify it as the solution. Then, if the AI-suggested answer is selected as the solution, it will be displayed for the rest of the Community.
Panda Bot answers are clearly labeled as such. It has its own avatar accompanied by AI sparkles to indicate that you are interacting with the tool [1].
To let Panda Bot suggest an answer, click the Show Suggestions link [2].
