Community Hub & Guides
The Community Hub is your go-to place to learn how everything works in the Instructure Community.
Here, you’ll find updates from the Community Team, step-by-step guides for navigating the Community, opportunities to ask questions, and spaces to connect with fellow members. It’s also home to the Weekly Highlights Blog, where you’ll find a digest of releases, events, and noteworthy content each week.

Build Your Profile
Make your experience more personal (and more recognizable!) by updating your profile. Add a short biography and choose one of our provided avatars. You can also verify your email to receive notifications for replies, events, and updates from spaces you follow.
As you explore, you’ll notice that members have ranks next to their usernames. These highlight how long someone has been part of the Community, how active they are, or whether they’re part of a special group. As you participate, you’ll naturally progress through the ranks and build credibility.
Badges
Badges celebrate how you engage and contribute across the Community. They help others recognize your contributions. You can earn badges by liking posts, answering questions, offering solutions, and participating in key activities. You’ll even see special-edition badges around events like InstructureCon!
Learn, Contribute, Discover
Many members use the Community to explore Product Hubs, discover resources, and contribute insights to help others. You can find all Product Hubs, organized by product family, under Product Resources in the top navigation menu.
Product Support Guides
These are the Community’s most visited pages! Each product includes structured, easy-to-follow guides where you can search by keyword or browse lessons. While each Product Hub has a direct link to its guides, if you prefer everything in one place, check out the All Guides page.
Question Forums
Whether you’re troubleshooting something technical or exploring instructional strategies, the Question Forums are the best place to ask and answer questions. Each product has its own forum, making it easy to connect with the right peers.
If you enjoy helping others, jump into open questions! You’ll earn badges, increase your rank, and make an impact by supporting fellow educators and admins.
You might even receive help from Panda Bot! This AI-powered assistant ensures every question receives guidance. After 24 hours, any post that hasn’t been answered by a Community member receives a recommended guide to help keep things moving.
Blogs
Every member of the Instructure Community has something valuable to share! Whether it’s a success story, a clever workaround, a classroom strategy, or a reflection on what you’ve learned. Blogs are the perfect place to highlight those insights.
Each product space includes its own blog area where Community members post best practices, share experiences, and spark thoughtful conversations. You can follow blogs to stay informed, leave comments to keep the discussion going, and even write your own!

Get Involved
As you explore Product Hubs, User Groups, Instructure Live events, and discussions across the Community, you’ll naturally build a network of amazing, like-minded peers. Follow spaces or individual members to stay updated on new content, events, and opportunities.
