How do I bulk manage the delivery of benchmark assessments?
As a Mastery Connect district administrator, you can bulk manage the delivery of benchmark assessments to trackers in your district.
Open Admin Assessments
 
In the Global Navigation, click the Admin link [1]. Then click the Assessments dropdown menu [2].
Open Benchmarks
 
Click the Benchmarks link.
Select Benchmarks
To select a benchmark to include in the bulk action, click the checkbox [1].
To select all benchmarks in the list, click the All checkbox [2].
The Bulk Action button displays the number of assessments selected [3].

To manage the delivery status of the selected assessments, click the Bulk Action drop-down menu [1]. Then, click the Change Delivery option [2].

In the Delivery window, the number of benchmarks selected for the bulk action displays [1].
To make the selected previously delivered benchmarks unavailable, click the Unavailable radio button [2].
To make the selected benchmarks immediately available, click the Available radio button [3].
To schedule delivery of the selected benchmarks, click the Schedule Availability radio button [4].

To schedule a delivery date, enter it in the Start Date field [1]. To use the calendar to select a date, click the Calendar icon [2].
To schedule a delivery time, enter it in the Start Time field [3]. To scroll through a list of times, click the Start Time drop-down [4].
Repeat to enter an end date and time for availability of the benchmarks [5].
Include Additional Options
 
By default, all benchmarks are delivered with their existing delivery options.
To select new delivery options to be applied to all benchmarks in the bulk delivery, click the Include additional options toggle [1]. Then, click the delivery option checkboxes [2].
Note: When the Include additional options toggle is on, selected options are applied to all benchmarks in the bulk action.
