How do I preview a file in Files?
Open Files
In Course, Account, or Group Navigation, click the Files link.
Open File
Click the name of the file you want to preview.
Open File via Toolbar
You can also click the line item for the file [1] and click the View icon [2].
Preview File
The preview toolbar displays the file along with controls for navigating pages, zooming in and out, and viewing in full screen mode [1].
When viewing documents, you can also download the file [2] or get more information about it [3].
To close the file preview, click the Close button [4].
