How do I share feedback using Instructure's Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey from the Dashboard?
Eligible users with Instructor or Admin roles can provide feedback for Canvas once a year through the Instructure Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey.
Currently, only Canvas instances linked to a billing address within the United States are eligible for surveys. Additionally, users with multiple roles will receive a survey as long as one of their roles is not Student. Users with only the Student role will not receive a survey.

View Survey Window
If you are selected to take the survey, in your Dashboard [1], the survey window displays as a widget [2].
To launch the survey, click the Take me to survey button [3].
To skip the current survey, click the Dismiss button [4] or the Close icon [5].
To opt out of the survey, click the Opt-out link [6].
Note: If you opt out of the survey, you will be permanently removed from all future in-app surveys.

To respond to the survey questions, select the number on the scale that best reflects your opinion [1].
Depending on the score you selected, a follow-up question displays. You can add your answer in the text field [2].
To complete the survey, click the Submit button [3].
View Submission Confirmation Window
A submission confirmation window displays [1]. To dismiss the pop-up window, click the Close icon [2].
Opt Out Permanently or Dismiss Survey

If you selected to opt out of the survey, another window displays.
To opt out the survey permanently, click the Opt Out Permanently button [1].
To dismiss the survey until the next year, click the Close icon [2].
