00:07: How do I view group files?

00:09: In Global Navigation, click the Groups link

00:13: then click the name of the group in which you are a member.

00:17: In Groups Navigation, click the Files link.

00:21: In the Files page, you can view the name of each file or folder,

00:26: the date it was created,

00:28: the date it was modified,

00:31: the name of the person who modified the file or folder,

00:35: the file size,

00:37: usage rights (if enabled),

00:40: and the quota for your group and what percentage of that quota has been used.

00:45: To switch to the old view, click the Switch to Old Files Page button.

00:50: If you want to view the files for all your groups, click the All My Files button.

00:55: Canvas will display your user files page with all group folders displayed below

00:59: your user files.

01:02: You can do the following: Search for files by file name.

01:07: Add a folder. Folders can also house other folders.

01:13: Set usage rights (copyright) for a file.
