Video: How do I view Course Analytics?

00:07: How do I view course? Analytics.
00:16: In global navigation, click the courses link, then click the name
00:20: of the course.
00:23: Click the view course, analytics button.
00:28: By default analytics are shown in a graph format.
00:31: There are three types of graphs activity by date, submissions
00:35: and grades.
00:38: The activity by date graph shows all course, activity, for all users in the course.
00:43: The x-axis represents the core States, while the y-axis represents
00:47: the number of page views, Dark blue bars.
00:50: Represent participation in the course if a date only includes page
00:54: views, the bar only displays as light blue.
00:58: The graph changes the bar display according to the length of time.
01:01: Activity that is less than 6 months old.
01:03: This plays bars as daily activity at six months bars are displayed as
01:07: weekly activity and at approximately a year bars are displayed as monthly
01:11: activity. Browser window size, zoom level, and

04:44: The submissions column shows how many published and graded assignments, each student
04:48: has submitted in the course. Submissions are broken down according to
04:52: how many submissions were on time late and missing.
04:55: Note that an assignment only counts as missing if the due date has passed and
04:59: it has not been submitted.
05:02: You can also view a student's current score percentage 8, which
05:06: is their total score in the course. The analytics table
05:10: is paginated, so you can view more students if you continue to scroll down the page.
05:19: You can sort student analytics in ascending, or descending order by student name
05:23: page, views participation and current score.
05:27: These filters, allow you to evaluate student performance, according to your preference.
