00:10: In Course Navigation, click the Files link.
00:14: Locate the file you want to move. Click the line item for the file.
00:20: To move the file via file settings, click the Options icon, then
00:24: click the Move To... link.
00:27: Select the folder where you want to move the file and click the Move button.
