00:11: In global navigation click the inbox link
00:15: All unread messages have an indicator next to the message once a
00:19: conversation has been read the blue dot changes to a gray Circle.
00:24: If you want to Mark a conversation as unread click the read indicator.
00:28: The message will now show the unread indicator.
00:32: You can mark multiple conversations as unread or read by pressing the command key
00:36: Mac or the control key Windows while clicking multiple

00:45: If you select multiple unread messages, you will see Mark all as
