00:07: How do I restrict files and folders?

00:10: In Course Navigation, click the Files link.

00:13: The following icons May display next to files and folders to indicate their

00:18: availability.

00:19: Published: file or folder is visible, published, and accessible

00:24: to all users.

00:25: Restricted availability: file or folder is visible to only those

00:29: with a link to the file.

00:32: Scheduled availability: file or folder is only available during certain

00:36: dates and times.

00:38: Unpublished file or folder is not visible to edit file.

00:42: Visibility, click the file's Visibility icon.

00:46: If required by course or account settings, you may need to manage file usage

00:51: rights before publishing.

00:53: To make the file available to only users with a link to the file, in the Available

00:57: drop-down menu, select the Only available with link option.
