00:10: In Account, Group, or Course Navigation,
00:12: click the Files link.
00:15: Locate the line item for the file.
00:18: Then, click the Options icon
00:21: and click the Download link.
00:24: Alternatively, you can click the checkbox next to the file name

00:32: Your file downloads. Open the appropriate folder to view the file.
00:37: Open and edit the file using an appropriate editor on your computer.
