How do I view and filter individual LTI tool data?

As a Canvas root admin, you can open individual installed LTI tools to see a detailed report on its specific usage. This view summarizes overall activity and engagement, and highlights the users and areas with hemost interaction. The data can also be filtered by various criteria to further customize the report.

In Global Navigation, click the Admin link [1] and then click the name of the account [2].

In Account Navigation, click the Apps link.

In the Apps page, navigate to the Installed Tools list [1].

Then locate and click the LTI Tool name [2]

In the individual LTI Tool page, You can view the total launches [1], unique users [2], sub-accounts [3], courses [4], and installed LTI versions [5].

To filter the data, click the Filter button [6].

To change the launch criteria data for sub-accounts and courses, click the Launch drop-down menu [1]. Then select the with launches or the without launches option [2].

You can filter data by sub-accounts [1], courses [2], roles [3], versions [4], time period [5], and date range [6].

Click the Apply Filter button [7].
