How do I view where an item bank is currently shared?
You can see where an item bank is currently shared by viewing an item bank's share details. Item banks can be shared with people or with courses.
Open Item Banks
In Course Navigation, click the Item Banks link.
Notes:
- You can also access quizzes from the Assignments page.
- You can also access Item Banks from the New Quizzes Build page.
Share Item Bank
To share an item bank or to view where an item bank is currently shared, click the Share icon.
View People
To view users with whom the item bank is currently shared, click the People tab [1].
You can view the number of users the item bank is shared with [2], the user names [3], and whether the user can edit or view the bank [4].
View Courses
To view courses where the item bank is currently shared, click the Courses tab [1].
You can view the number of courses the item bank is shared with [2], the course names [3], and whether the course has access to edit or view the bank [4].
