How do I view Portfolios as an instructor?
You can view all portfolios on your Portfolio page. Portfolios include learner-driven Showcase Portfolios, portfolios you have created and assigned to learners, and portfolios assigned to you as a learner.
Notes:
- If the Portfolio feature does not appear in your account, it has not been enabled by your institution.
- Instructors with a student role can also have assigned portfolios as learners. For more information, visit the guide: How do I view Portfolios as a student?
Open Portfolio
In the User Navigation menu, click the Account link [1], then click the Portfolio link [2].
View Portfolios
To view portfolios you have created and assigned to learners, click the Evaluation tab [1].
To view your own showcase portfolios, click the Showcase tab [2].
To view portfolios assigned in courses where you are enrolled as a learner, click the Assigned tab [3].
To view the contents of a portfolio, click the portfolio tile [4].
Manage and Find Portfolios
To find a portfolio, enter a keyword in the Search field [1]. You can also sort the portfolios by clicking the Sort by drop-down menu [2].
