How do I reuse existing messages or articles in the Impact Inline Editor?
You can take an existing message or article and attach it to an additional element or page in your learning application by using existing content using the Inline Editor.
Open Inline Editor

Navigate to the area of the learning application where you wish to place the monitor.
To open the Inline Editor, click the Inline Editor icon [1] and then click the Message Create New button [2] or Support article Create New button [3].
Add Message to Page or Element
To add a message or support article to a page, click the Select Page button [1].
To add a message or support article to an element, click the element [2] within your LMS.
Confirm Page or Element Conditions and Properties

Confirm the message or support article page conditions and properties, then click the Next button.
Load Existing Message or Support Article

To load an existing message or support article, click the Design options icon [1]. Then click the Load existing link [2].
Open Existing Message

To search existing messages, enter search terms in the Search field [2].
To open the existing message to add, click the message title [3].
Open Existing Support Article

To search existing support articles, enter search terms in the Search field [1].
To open the existing support article to edit, click the support article title [2].
Edit Message Design and Configuration

Edit message design [1] and click the Next button [2].
Then edit the message configuration [3].
To save changes, click the Save dropdown menu [4] and click the desired save option [5].

Edit Support Article Design and Configuration

Edit support article design [1] and click the Next button [2].
Then edit the support article configuration [3].
To save changes, click the Save dropdown menu [4] and click the desired save option [5].
