How are my messages visible to instructor and student user groups in sub-accounts?
You can view sub-accounts associated with messages in the Impact Dashboard.
Note: This feature is only available to Canvas customers.
Open Messages

In Global Navigation, click the Communication link [1]. Then click the Messages link [2].
View Messages
In the Manage Messages tab, click the Columns Visibility button [1]. Then click the Sub-account toggle [2] to display the sub-account field in the table.
