How do I view and manage LTI Tools?
You can view and manage LTI grouping to improve LTI data accuracy.
Open Impact Insights
In Global Navigation, click the Insights link [1]. Then click the Impact Insights link [2].
Open Insights Data Management
Click the Configuration link [1]. Then click the Data management link [2].
Open LTI Tools
Click the LTI Tools tab.
View LTI Tool Groups
Ungrouped LTI Tools are listed in the Ungrouped LTI Tools drop-down [1].
Grouped LTI Tools are listed in the Grouped LTI Tools section [2] by the group name [3].
View LTI Tools by Group
To view the LTI Tools in a group, click the desired Grouped LTI Tools drop-down menu.

Add LTI Tools to an Existing LTI Group
Add Multiple Ungrouped LTI Tools
Select the LTI Tools to move to a group [1]. Then click the Move selected drop-down menu [2] and click the To an existing group option [3].
Note: For more information on creating new groups, visit How do I create a new LTI Group?
Add a Single Ungrouped LTI Tool
Locate the LTI Tool to move to a group [1]. Then click the Actions button for the LTI Tool [2] and click the Move to an existing group option [3].
Select Existing Group
You can search for the desired group in the Search group bar [1] or select the group from the list [2]. Then click the Save button [3].
Note: Groups with the hidden icon present are out-of-the-box groups. These are hidden due to no LTI Tools present in the group. To make them visible, move LTI Tools into the group.
Remove LTI Tools from an LTI Group
Remove Multiple LTI Tools
To remove an LTI Tool from a group, select the LTI Tools to remove from a group [1]. Then click the Edit selected drop-down menu [2] and click the Ungroup option [3].
Note: After deleting an LTI Tool, they are still visible in the Ungrouped LTI Tools drop-down section.
Remove a Single LTI Tool
Locate the LTI Tool to ungroup [1]. Then click the Actions button for the LTI Tool [2] and click the Ungroup option [3].
Delete LTI Groups
To delete an LTI Group, click the desired Grouped LTI Tools drop-down menu [1]. Then click the Settings button [2] and click the Delete group option [3].
Note: After deleting an LTI Group, the LTI Tools are still visible in the Ungrouped LTI Tools drop-down section.
